The Los Angeles Times is a daily newspaper that covers news from Southern California and the world. They are hiring for the following positions:

  • Editor, L.A. Times Latino Initiatives: The selected applicant will expand on their “Latino-focused coverage and help define the vision for how The Times serves and engages with the Latino community, with an emphasis on topics of culture and identity.” The applicant should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the news industry and a minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience. The role is full-time and based in El Segundo, CA (they are currently working remotely).

  • Deputy Sports Editor: The successful candidate will assign and edit sports coverage.
