Authors of crime novels. Do you have an unpublished manuscript? Mystery Writers of American is offering $10,000 and an advance against royalties to the winning manuscript in their annual writing contest.

The contest is co-sponsored by St. Martin’s Minotaur, an imprint of McMillan, one of the Big Five publishers.

The deadline to enter is January 3rd, 2020.

The contest is open to unpublished writers. If you’ve previously self-published a novel, you can still enter. However, the manuscript you are submitting cannot have been previously published in any form.
