The following is a list of magazines that accept pitches directly from freelance writers. Topics include motohomres, gluten-free eating, and Christian Living, as well as regional areas. I would also suggest, for those interested in writing for magazines, to seek out local publications. Nearly every town, city, and region has at least a few regional magazines and newspapers that work with freelance writers. Many of these pay, though you may need to negotiate payment. It can be well worth your time seeking out such publications, as they are a great way to get started with freelancing.

If you’re new to freelance writing, and want to get paid by magazines such as these, then I highly recommend watching this free webinar about getting started as a freelance writer.
