Apple is hiring for the position of Newsroom, Copyeditor. The selected candidate will “copyedit, proofread, and lightly fact-check Newsroom stories for grammar, punctuation, style, accuracy, voice, and tone.” The selected candidate will also “collaborate with the Corporate Communications story lead to build accurate, objective, and concise Newsroom copy.” The candidate should have 7 to 10 years’ relevant experience. • A Senior Editor, Politics who will conceive, assign, and edit news pieces, features, investigations, and stories about politics and policy. The candidate should have at least 8 years’ reporting/editing or equivalent experience. The position is based in Washington, D.C.
• A Deputy World Editor who will assign and edit news pieces, features, investigations, and stories about geopolitics, international crime and conflict, inequality, and more.
