Most of the blogs listed here pay around $50 per guest post. The magazines listed pay more; up to 40 cents per word, and sometimes much more.

Seton Magazine is the official magazine of Seton Home Study School (a Catholic private PreK-12 distance school). They give parents tools to make homeschooling successful.
