Some of the magazines and anthologies listed here are themed: there are fiction markets for dark, creepy and weird stories; crime stories; those depicting intelligent alien life; transformations; fiction by women and queergender folk; literary and genre fiction; stories that relate to music and those written for and by young people, to name a few. Some of these markets also accept non-fiction and poetry. All of them pay up to $100 and some pay more. –– S. Kalekar
