The Big Roundtable pays at least $100 for narrative non-fiction. They want true stories grounded in reporting. The length should be between 3,500 and 20,000. Modern Love is a regular column published by the New York Times. They are “interested in receiving deeply personal essays about contemporary relationships, marriage, dating, parenthood…” They pay $300 per essay. Travelers’ Tales Collection accepts nonfiction travel essay for consideration in its anthologies.
