They want a minimum of 10 years of professional journalism experience (with a substantial international component). American Oversight is “a non-partisan, nonprofit ethics watchdog and is the top Freedom of Information Act litigator investigating the Trump administration.” They are seeking a Senior Writer to help them shine a light on government misconduct. They want 2 to 5 years of experience. The job is “open to candidates across the United States and could continue as a telework role even after the office reopens.” Salary: $65,000-$75,000. The candidate should have a strong awareness of technology news and trends. • A full-time Lead Editor for Eater Chicago (a publication that covers dining and drinking in Chicago). They want at least 5 years of experience in “journalism, particularly with breaking daily news, developing sources and covering a beat.” The position is based in Chicago, IL.
• A full-time Features Editor for New York Magazine (the New York brands include a biweekly print magazine and five thriving verticals: Intelligencer, The Cut, Vulture, Grub Street, and The Strategist).
