This year’s Fountain Essay Contest is currently open for entries. This year, they are asking a simple question: What have you learned from your challenges? For this contest, they are seeking essays about “your challenges and how you mentally, physically, and\/or spiritually prepare for them.”<\/p>\n
The deadline is approaching quckly;\u00a0 authors have until March 1st, 2020 to submit their entry.<\/p>\n
The essays should be between 1,500 and 2,500 words.<\/p>\n
The contest is open to all writers around the world.<\/p>\n
They are offering a total of $2,100 in prizes, including a $1,000 grand prize.<\/p>\n

We all face new challenges in our lives. They can be massive undertakings, such as moving across a country and beginning a new school. Or sometimes the more routine tasks, such as getting out of the bed in the morning while undergoing depression, can themselves be massive challenges.<\/p>\n
