Maybe having a child yourself made you think about your relationship with your own mother in a new way. Maybe having a doula in the room helped you feel empowered during childbirth in a way you didn\u2019t expect. Maybe changing your diet because of pregnancy inspired you to start cooking for yourself and you re-discovered the joy of food. Maybe dealing with postpartum UI during exercise didn\u2019t stop you from winning a gold medal in your sport. We want stories that inspire confidence, give insight into this journey, and let others know that they\u2019re not alone.
