They publish personal essays &#8220;about what it\u2019s like to be a Gen-X woman at midlife. &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to their submission guidelines:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Although we are interested in essays about how any facet of your life at midlife \u2014 work, kids, marriage, care taking, and all the rest \u2014 affects your particular experience, we are not a parenting publication, per se. In other words, we are less interested in essays about how to parent or how to raise good children and more interested in <strong>you<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Essays should be 750 to 2,000 words.
